Jimmy is the Managing Director of Critical Facilities and Managing Principal at WB Engineers+Consultants, as well as a Registered Professional Engineer. He leads the firm’s national Critical Facilities practice, driving strategy, business development, and client engagement.

A recognized subject matter expert, Jimmy regularly presents at industry conferences and plays a key role in advancing complex critical facilities projects. He is also dedicated to mentoring teams, strengthening internal processes, and supporting professional development across the organization.

He helped establish WB’s East Bay office in 2016 and is now based in Austin, Texas, where he is focused on expanding the firm’s presence in the region.

With a forward-looking approach, Jimmy is passionate about the future of critical facilities, particularly in achieving net energy neutrality—and ultimately net positive performance—while addressing growing power demands and environmental impact.
